Spinach Pasta 💚
Ingredients: ▫️ pasta - 80 g ▫️ cherry tomatoes - 200 g ▫️ cottage cheese - 120 g ▫️ spinach - 100 g ▫️ olive oil ▫️ garlic ▫️ salt and pepper Directions: 1. Place pasta on a bed of spinach (for example, linguini, as in the video), top with cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes. 2. Squeeze a couple cloves of garlic, add olive oil and pour in water or broth so that all the pasta is covered. 3. Salt, pepper and put in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes.

This is tofu… a tofu crème brûlée! 😎 RECIPE (6 servings, 1h prep time): -400g silken tofu -100ml vegan cream -100g sugar -1 Tl Vanilla extract -a pinch of salt Blend until smooth. Transfer to a pot and heat it up while stirring. -3 Tbsp corn starch -3 Tbsp water Mix well to dilute the corn starch. Add it to the pot and keep stirring until thickened. Transfer to 6 ramekins and let them chill for at least 1h. Add some sugar to each crème and caramelise with a blow torch. by @fitgreenmind

Simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to stop it from sticking. If it starts to dry out, add a little extra cold water. After which, turn the heat off for a couple of minutes and allow it to thicken up. Finally, spoon into bowls! That’s it!
