Michelle Morfett on Instagram: "✨ MINI PAVLOVA RECIPE ✨ Makes: 20ish Prep time: 30 minutes, plus overnight cooling time Bake time: 1 hour 250g egg whites 350g caster sugar 2 tsp white vinegar 1 tbsp cornflour 1 tsp vanilla essence Garnishing: whipped cream fresh berries passionfruit syrup Preheat your oven to 100°C fan bake. Line a flat tray with baking paper. Put the egg whites and sugar into the bowl of your stand mixer and beat for 20 minutes. Remove the bowl from the stand mixer and very gently fold in the vinegar, cornflour and vanilla. Pipe the pavlova mixture out onto the baking tray. Bake for 1 hour. Turn off the oven once it’s finished baking and leave it to cool down in the oven overnight. When you are ready to serve, top with whipped cream, fresh berries and pas
