Here is how I made it: . 1.Start by washing and peeling 6-8 medium carrots. Cut them into thirds, then cut those in half. Add to a bowl. . 2.Drizzle about 2 tbsp olive oil over the carrots. Season with a couple pinches salt, pepper, 1 tbsp paprika, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp thyme (or oregano), and 1 tsp cumin. Mix well. . 3.Lay the carrots out on a baking tray or dish, making sure they are not overly crowded.
