Svenska Smaker - 🍋 Medelhavsinspirerad Ugnstekt Torsk med Citron & Vitlök 🍋 Ingredienser: - 2 torskfiléer - 2 msk olivolja - 2 vitlöksklyftor, finhackade - 1 tsk paprikapulver - 1/2 tsk oregano - 1/2 tsk salt - 1/4 tsk svartpeppar - Saft från 1/2 citron - 6-8 körtomater, halverade - 1 tsk hackad persilja - Citronskivor för servering Instruktioner: 1. Förvärma ugnen till 180°C. 2. I en skål, blanda olivoljan, vitlöken, paprikapulver, oregano, salt, svartpeppar och citronsaft. 3. Placera torskfiléerna i en ugnsfast form och häll över olivoljeblandningen. Se till att filéerna är väl täckta. 4. Lägg körtomaterna runt torskfiléerna. 5. Gratinera i ugnen i 15-20 minuter tills fisken är genomstekt och flingigt. 6. Strö över den hackade persiljan innan servering. 7. Servera med citronskivor.
