The workout “1775” was created in celebration of the US Army’s founding on July 14, 1775. This 60 min AMRAP is 17 power cleans at 135/95 lbs and 75 air squats, BUT there’s a catch. After each set of air squats, Unload the barbell and carry it 200 meters away. Return to the plates and then carry one forward to the barbell. Retrieve the second plate, carry it forward and reload the barbell for the next round.⠀
