An exceptional Heavy Baluster Goblet which dates c1725. This Georgian glass has a very unusual bowl form with a flared waisted bucket above a teared inverted baluster and basal knop stem. Sits on a conical foot with snapped pontil. A comparable glass but smaller was sold by Delomosne and Son Ltd in their 2006 sale "The Seton Veitch Collection" http://www.scottishantiquesinc.co.uk/georgian-glass/baluster-stem

A magnificent Baluster Wine Glass which dates c1690.
