Focusing on increasing hip internal rotation might be your 🔑 to unlocking your low back and hips.  Your primary hip internal movers are the TFL, anterior fibers of the gluteus minimus and the gluteus medius, adductor longus/ brevis, pectineus, and posterior head of the adductor magnus. So it’s not going to be one particular “location” on your body you feel working, it’s all over and deep inside your pelvis!  When the hip extends (walking, running, lunges, hip thrusts etc) the hip has to go into relative hip internal rotation.⁣ ⁣ If you don’t have adequate hip IR, your body will find a way, usually in tibial rotation, over pronation at the foot, pelvic rotation, knee valgus, shortened stride length.⁣  So Mobilize, strengthen & load it!
