Ok ladies and gentlemen just stop Don't avoid yoga because you think you aren't flexible enough to do the crazy poses you see on IG. These people work really hard to get there and for me I started yoga with zero flexibility. If your muscles are tight its a sign you lack stretching and please note that you dont have to stretch perfectly. In the long term tightness can lead to back pain and mobility issues
