This contains: -Unroll a sheet of puff pastry and place on a baking sheet. Spread the Nutella all over it and top with the other pastry sheet.
-Cut the outline of a Christmas tree. Use a star cutter to cut out stars for decoration. Cut branches into both sides but don't cut all the way into the centre, leave a gap for the trunk. Twist each branch a couple of times.
-Egg wash the pastry all over. Bake in a preheated 180C fan oven for 15-20 minutes until golden (cover with foil if it starts browning too much).

Get 1 sheet of puff pastry, smooth out pizza sauce on the surface, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on sauce, add italian herbs, place second sheet of puff pastry on top, cut out tree shape, cut out the decorations, slice the branches, twist the branches, place decor on top, transfer to baking pan, brush with egg wash: 1 small egg + 1 tsp milk, bak 180C or 356F for 20-25 in oven, 30g unsalted butter: melted, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tsp fresh parsley, salt to taste, mix together, brush over top, enjoy!
