Ingredients: For the minced meat mixture: 300g minced beef 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic 1 tablespoon tomato paste 4 tablespoons tomato puree Half a teaspoon black pepper, red pepper powder and black pepper Salt ▫️▫️▫️ 1.2 Kilo potatoes 200ml cream 400ml milk 1 dessert spoon of starch (not too full) 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 1/2 teaspoon of thyme (I used fresh) 1/2 teaspoon of rosemary (I used fresh) 2 cloves of grated garlic A pinch of nutmeg Salt
