A cute picture book for kids on anxiety, mindfulness, and the power of breathing and meditation. I wrote this for my own inner child who can get pretty carried away by her thoughts sometimes and have a gard time falling asleep. Hope your kids will like my mindful puppy!
This graphic novel aims to educate kids on media literacy, fake news, disinformation and conspiracy theories. It's funny and goofy too, so kids won't realize they're actually learning something!
