Oreo Cookie Dough Cake Ingredients: For the cake: 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ½ cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt 1 cup sugar ½ cup unsalted butter (softened) 2 large eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup milk 12 crushed Oreo cookies For the cookie dough: ½ cup butter (softened) ½ cup brown sugar ¼ cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup all-purpose flour ¼ cup mini chocolate chips ¼ cup crushed Oreos For the frosting: 8 oz cream cheese (softened) ½ cup butter (softened) 2 cups powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). For the cake, mix dry ingredients and set aside. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Alternately mix in dry ingredients and milk. Fold in crushed Oreos.
