💥Forward Head💥 🚨 𝟯 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗘 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦 until 𝗺𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗽 is released! ➡️ 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟭𝟰 (Mark your calendar!) ➡️ 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 routines for proven 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗨𝗟𝗧𝗦, with none of the unnecessary fluff 🎯 Forward head posture describes a position where the head is pushed forward of the trunk and shoulders so that the upper part of the neck is placed in an extended (spine curving backward) position while the lower part of the neck is placed in a flexed (spine curving forward) position 🚨 Being in a forward head position is not inherently "bad" for you, and you should be able to adopt this position without worry ❌ However, many people tend to spend prolonged periods in this position without moving out of it much, which can result in sensitivity to the neck and many times

📚Sciatica most often describes symptoms that originate from the low back (lumbar spine) and radiate to the buttock and down the back of the leg. - 🔎In some cases, sciatica originates in the pelvic region and is associated with deep gluteal structures, including the piriformis muscle, and can even be triggered by the upper hamstring attachment. - 🧠When working to improve symptoms associated with sciatica, interventions should have the primary goal of decreasing neural irritation. When neural symptoms improve, pain will decrease and won’t radiate as far down the leg. - 🔎Besides exercise/movement interventions, soft tissue work (massage) in the region of the sciatic nerve and surrounding muscles (piriformis) can often help alleviate some discomfort.
