4 portioner Röra: 3 st stora kycklingfiléer (ca 650 g) 3 dl cremé fraiche (valfri fetthalt) 2 dl majonäs 1 röd paprika, finhackad 0,5 dl finhackad rödlök eller purjolök 2 tsk curry 0,5 tsk paprika pulver 3/4 tsk gurkmeja (för den fina gula färgens skull) Salt & peppar efter smak (gärna örtsalt) Krydda till grillad kyckling: 1,5 tsk grillkrydda 1 tsk curry 3/4 tsk gurkmeja 1 tsk paprikapulver Salt & peppar på bakad potatis, wrap eller baguette!
