You can do this on the grill or in the oven… whatever you choose, your result will be light, flavorful, and tender. Full recipe below… 1 lb of washed and cut asparagus (or any veggie, see note) 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill 1/2 lemon juiced 1-2 tbs olive oil salt & pepper to taste Preheat oven to 350 Place vegetables in a single layer on a large sheet of foil Sprinkle dill, olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper Wrap foil tightly and bake for 15 minutes NOTE: adjust cook time depending on your vegetables.
