In fact, he is very vocal about wanting to change the sleep culture of the modern world, saying that lack of sleep does not equal productivity. Instead, it equals to increased risk for Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, and poor mental health, and this list is only the beginning. So, is losing sleep really worth it?
