This apron dress has pleats in the front in addition to the sewn-down pleats shown here in the back. Note that the pleats in back are deep but narrow--like the pleats on the Kostrup find and several similar Norwegian ones. The blog on which it appears is in Danish; the blogger's name (and I'm assuming the photograph shows her in a dress she made) is Britt.
