20 Minute EMOM (Every Minute On The Minute)

Put a timer to ding every 60 seconds & do each set at the top of every minute 

Min 1 SA Alternating Deadlifts x 16
Min 2 SA Alternating Dead Clean 2 Squat x 10
Min 3 SA Alternating Swings x 20
Min 4 2 SA Push Press 2 OH March x 10

Repeat 5 times until you hit 20 minutes
