I mean - really, it is just an AMAZING upper spine / thoracic mobility exercise. And because it is SO good, the back cracks. Rotation, flexion, extension and side bending. All the nutrients for a well mobilized upper back. What a lot of people do not realize is that tense and tight shoulders can really impact your #pelvicfloor and low back. 💡 A lot of pressure from above creates a cascade of pressure down below. Once way to remove the pressure below is to create space above.
