I created this form for my own classroom use. Personally, I run off several on colored (yellow) paper and keep them on a clipboard near my door. Sometimes a student fails to heed nonverbal cues ("the look") or verbal warnings. However, I am not prepared to issue silent lunch. When students are not following behavior expectations, Fix-It Tickets are a great way for students to self-reflect on their behavior. These student behavior reflection sheets are an awesome classroom management tool to privately manage different classroom behaviors. These fix-it tickets are not to be used in place of building strong teacher student relationships; rather, they are used to enhance them. They give student ownership of behaviors.
