Any chipotle sauce will work here—I used Kinders, Kraft, Taco Bell brand, and @bitchinsauce (all good, and such a minuscule amount used here, feel free to go with the one YOU enjoy most!) if you don’t like chipotle feel free to sub with any other sauce you do like! 

Macros will depend on ingredients/amounts you use but these are approx 290 cal, 14 fat, 18 carb, 21 protein! Recipe is from Holy Grail cookbook (KFC breakfast bowl)
