The idea for this class came from the fact that these girls are nearing the end of the school year and they're doing a lot of testing and finals and such. So I wanted a project that could be a sort of Art Therapy relaxation experience. I found an old art book in my room with a picture of this. . . Example from old art text book. I had to try it with my "extra" 1/2 hour classes. We get a few classes for an extra 1/2 hour. I hate for those classes to get too far ahead of the others. It's also such a short amount of time (usually class is 1 hour) so I like projects that have little mess so they have a lot of work time.
