Russian Buttercream or Condensed Milk Buttercream

Russian buttercream is incredibly versatile and pairs well with all cakes n cupcakes.

Ingredients:

100g softened butter

45g sweetened condensed milk (cold and thick)

Instructions:

-Start by beating the softened butter in a mixing bowl until it becomes pale and fluffy.

-Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk to the beaten butter.

-Continue beating the mixture until smooth and creamy, ensuring thorough incorporation.

-Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure even mixing.

-Once the buttercream reaches a smooth consistency, it's ready to be used.

-Spread the buttercream i've cakes n cupcakes and enjoy.

🧁 Whip that butter until it is a pale yellow/white! This process, you incorporate air into the butter which makes it more fluffy and easier to work with: however also helps your buttercream not taste like just butter

DIRECTIONS: 
🌟In a bowl fitted with a paddle attachment, beat the butter on medium until light and fluffy. 15-20 minutes.. Scrape down the sides and the bottom of the bowl. 
🌟Add in your vanilla and salt and mix it up until incorporated. Scrape down your bowl.. 
🌟Add in your powdered sugar/icing sugar and water. Beat on a low speed to incorporate the sugar then turn your mixer up to low-medium speed and beat for 5 minutes until incorporated.
