My creatives for a health promotion campaign

I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disordar at 35 years. That basically means I have lived 35 years of my life troubled and without the knowledge that could have helped me greatly. I want to provide total information on mental health for everyone.

There are two things we can use to #StopTheSpread - our brains and soap. Luckily, everyone has both. USE YOUR BRAIN - think for yourself and don’t give in to panic or mis- information. USE SOAP - wash your hands frequently.
