Overpopulation is a big problem in the world today, especially in the poorer regions of the world. I think China's one child law would be extremely effective in decreasing the overpopulation issue. Too many people are having too many kids when they can't afford to have kids at all and can barely provide for themselves. Only people who make a moderate amount of money should be allowed to have kids. As the king of pop once said, "If you can't feed your baby, then don't have a baby."
