A tasty Italian tart (or is it a flatbread?) that is full of flavour and veggies, covered in plenty of olive oil this is a proper easy baking treat! 😊 

👇🏾method👇🏾
-3 large courgettes 
-1 large red onion
-1 cup plain white flour
-big pinch salt n pepper
-1 tsp garlic/onion
-1/2 tsp basil/oregano
-1 to 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
-few tbsp olive oil

👇🏾method👇🏾
-thinly slice the courgette and onion then salt and leave to sit for up to 2hrs.
-squeeze out the salted liquid from the softened veggies, then mix the liquid with the flour and seasonings before adding the veggies. You want a wet batter so add more liquid/less dry if necessary.
-place on a oil greased tray, oil on top then bake for 45mins @ Easy Baking Treats, Wet Batter, Proper Tasty, Salt N Pepper, White Flour, Nutritional Yeast, No Bake Treats, Flatbread, Easy Baking

Paul Köber on Instagram: "Eggplant „Schnitzel“ 🍆🌱 ⠀ I’ve never eaten a „real“ schnitzel in my life and this obviously isn’t the same, but it was delicious in its own right, especially in combination with proper German potato salad! ⠀ RECIPE - 2 eggplants - oil - salt - flour - 1 tin of chickpeas/aquafaba - breadcrumbs ⠀ - lemon wedges - German potato salad ⠀ ❶ Prick the eggplants with a fork, rub with a little oil and bake at 220°C for about 25-40 minutes until very dark on the outside. ❷ Place the eggplants in a bowl, cover with a plate and leave to steam for 5-10 minutes. ❸ Remove the skin and carefully flatten with a fork.
