If you're looking to grow your glutes and hamstrings, but you lack the balance required to control heavy weight during this movement.  Instead, switch to this bench supported single leg rdl. That increased stability will allow you to load the glutes and hamstrings far more!  Again, SL RDLs are brilliant, but if you look at it from a loading stance point... this is a better alternative!
