The Svalbard Reindeer is the second smallest reindeer alive. This large male found us quite interesting as we were photographing arctic fox kits. While we were concentrating on the kits he and his partner slowly grazed their way towards us. Eventually I looked up and was surprised to see them so close. We backed off to the required distance and I shot this picture with the long telephoto at 1000mm. Technical Info Olympus OM-1 150-400mm lens Shutter Speed 1/500th Aperture F/6.3 ISO 200
