Sun knight fantasy art

Orynus Jalarith stands tall with a muscular frame and a radiant, golden skin that seems to reflect light. His hair flows like molten gold, cascading past his shoulders and glinting in shades of yellow and orange. His eyes are a bright, piercing sapphire, surrounded by a faint halo that shimmers with ethereal energy. Clad in polished silver armor, a large shield emblazoned with a radiant sun motif rests on his left arm, while a longsword with an ornate hilt hangs at his side.

This is actually my first illustration from this year and it went on a wild journey as I’ve experimented with brushes and tried to find what’s comfortable for me and my wrist. The Eclipse Knight manages to win the great tournament by wielding the mystic Moon Scythe, thus earning the Sun Sword. And for the first time in 500 years someone wields the two legendary weapons. Done for the Character Design Challenge.
