It’s caused by the compression or irritation of the sciatic nerve, which is the largest nerve in the body.  If you’re dealing with a sciatica flare up, here’s how to recover the pain in 3 steps:  1️⃣ 90° / 90° Support Position  Lay down and prompt your legs to a 90° / 90° position then you flatten your lower back by contracting your abdominals to take all the pressure off the discs and help desensitize your sciatic nerve.  2️⃣ Neutral Nerve Flossing  Lay on the floor, flatten your lower back and lift one leg up.
