Bright, zesty, and full of Mediterranean flair—this chicken dish is bursting with flavor! 📝 Ingredients: 4 boneless chicken breasts 2 tbsp olive oil Juice & zest of 1 lemon 3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp thyme Salt & pepper 1 can artichoke hearts, quartered 1/2 cup green olives, sliced 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved Fresh parsley 👨‍🍳 Directions: Marinate chicken in lemon, oil, garlic, herbs, S&P (30 min). Sear chicken 4–5 min/side. Add artichokes, olives, tomatoes. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 min. Garnish with parsley & serve. ⏱ 10 min prep | 30 min cook | Total: 1 hr 10 min 🔥 320 kcal 🍽 Servings: 4
