Handmade Sub Roll Recipe - The Kitchen Coalition
I developed this handmade sub roll recipe specifically for my meatball subs, but they honestly could be used for any type of sandwich! I never hear complaints about having fresh baked bread in the house, so I highly recommend giving these a try. They are sturdy enough to handle meatballs and sauce without having to toast them, but are still super soft, fluffy, and full of flavor. These honestly are so much better than store bought rolls, I can almost guarantee it will be hard to go back to anyth
