Jessica Rose Williams on Instagram: "The person you want to be, the version you aspire to, visualise and dream about exists. There are no limits. If we can see it we can be it. Bringing them to life is the struggle - because we’re the ones who have to change, and changing our behaviour is hard. We’re stuck in old patterns. We have hard wired self-beliefs that get in our way. There’s a lot to let go of to set ourselves free. What if you showed up as if you were already her/ him/ them? How different would your day to day choices be? What advice would they give the version of you now to get to where they are? Everything starts and ends with us. To change our life we have to change ourselves, one tiny brave choice at a time. It all adds up to something in the end. #romanticiseyourlife #roman

Jessica Rose Williams on Instagram: "Giving yourself permission to experiment with your personal style will free you from any pressure to look a certain way. Instead of following the rule books or expectations you have wrapped up in your identity word for word, take what serves you and leave what doesn’t. Make your own rules. There’s a time to listen to experts but the most important things is to do whatever makes you feel most like you. Sure you’ll make more mistakes this way, because you’re discovering the real you and intuitive living is messy, but failing is how we learn to fly. 📷 @karinaa.photo #parisienne #mydarlingminimal #theartofslowliving #outfitdujour #fashrev"
Jessica Rose Williams on Instagram: "It’s that time of year when I delete social media for a few weeks to reset my brain but before I go I wanted to wish you a merry Christmas and happy new year! I also wanted to share a question I’ve been sitting with after some end of year reflecting. What will the you in a year’s time be grateful to the you now for? I feel so grateful to the me a year ago; terrified but hopeful me who had an idea to go to Paris for a month alone. An idea that made little sense at the time but came with a feeling so strong I couldn’t ignore it. If I’d listened to the doubts in my head so much would never have happened and honestly I can’t stand the thought, because even though life hasn’t always been pretty here…it’s been nothing short of magical. Jessica Rose Williams on Instagram: "‘It wasn’t just that she was beautiful. It was that she looked at the world as though she was absolutely in love with it all. And he could already tell what it would feel like to be loved by her. But what he wanted most of all was for the way she loved to transform him into something sweet and loved and delicate and small. Because for so long he’d felt tough and hard and without any need for softness. That was what it was. She made him want to need her like he’d never needed anything before.‘ Poetry by @typewrittenlovenotes Filmed by @karinaa.photo @jessicarosewilliams is wearing @rouje trench & shoes Had fun creating this one together! #poetryforthesoul #asecondofwhimsey #poetrylovers #slowlived #romanticstyle"
