Crispy, garlic parsley potatoes
1hr 5min · 3 servings 1 1/2 pounds baby yellow potatoes (peeled) • 3 tbsp @costabilebrand organic garlic olive oil • 2 tsp parsley • 1 tbsp cornstarch • 1/2 tsp gluten free flour 2 tsp salt Add oil to a baking sheet. Place in oven on 425 degrees. Leave sheet in oven for 15 minutes. Cut potatoes in half. Place water in large pot and add potatoes. Bring to a boil and allow to boil for 10-12 minutes. Remove and drain. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. Place back in pot, add all dry ingredients. Add lid and shake well until covered. Place on baking sheet into hot oil and bake on 425 for 12 minutes. Remove and flip. Repeat this process until both sides are crispy, about 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
