WATERMELON TUNA 🍣🤔 📸: Recipe by @fitgreenmind RECIPE (3 servings, 4h prep time) • 1 small watermelon, cut into desired shape • 1 Tsp sesame oil • 5 Tbsp soy sauce • 2 Tbsp neutral oil • 1 Nori sheet, crumbeled • Combine everything and marinate for 3-5h. • Bake at 180C/370F for 1h. • Optionally dip in the leftover marinade and crust with sesame seeds. • You can use it for sushi, poké bowls and much more…
