Fanny Hammar on Instagram: "LAX I LJUVLIG CITRONSÅS Den absolut godaste citronsås jag ätit! 🍋 Vill man ha den lite gulare kan man pytsa ner lite gurkmeja. 4 portionsbitar lax 2 dl crème fraiche 2 dl grädde Zest från 1 ekocitron (se till att bara få med det gula från skalet, får du med av det vita riskerar du få en besk sås) Saft från 1/2 citron 1 tärning kycklingbuljong Salt och peppar 0,5-1 tsk strösocker Mät upp crème fraiche, grädde, zest, citronsaft, och kycklingbuljong i en stekpanna. Rör ihop och smaka upp med salt, peppar och strösocker. Låt sjuda ihop ca 5 minuter. Lägg ner laxen i såsen och ös sås över laxen. Låt sedan laxen sjuda, gärna under lock i ca 10 min tills den har en innertemp på 52 grader. Har du inget lock kan laxen behöva gå lite längre i såsen."

Spara och testa!💕 400g laxfilé 400g pasta 1 stor schallottenlök 2 vitlöksklyftor 2 msk tomatpure 1,5 dl creme fraiche 3 dl grädde Skal från 1/2 citron + lite saft 1 dl riven parmesan 1 msk paprikapulver, salt och peppar Chiliflakes Persilja Olja in laxfilén med paprikapulver, salt och peppar.
