Because after I’ve implemented this, I’m never going back to doing it regularly

Key things to keep in mind:

✅Stand on a plate or any step up/plyo box that’s 2 inches and up. Having your non-working leg on the elevation helps keep working leg from dragging on the floor and keeping the tension on the glutes as you do this exercise

✅Hinge at your hips as if you’re about to do an RDL, this allows your glutes to be at its stretched position.

✅Point the working foot outwards and kickback diagonally, this allows the movement to target your glutes in all angles
