Here’s how I did it: • + used exacto knife to cut along the grain over the bubble. this will allow any trapped air or moisture to get out during the next step • + placed damp cloth or towel over the surface & lightly iron • + pulled off the damp cloth to check out my progress! you may need to repeat steps 1-3 if you still see bubbles • + sanded down with 120 grit • + stained with Mohawk medium brown wipe on stain • + used veneer kit to paint in any damage to veneer + I didn’t seal yet, once I’m finished with the matching dresser i’ll do both at once with mohawk lacquer! #furnitureflip #diy #flippingfurniture #furniturerepair #mc

By hand. Like they say, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. This gives you the most control but also really hurts your finger nails lol 2. Wrap sandpaper around an old credit card or gift card. I have no idea where I learned this trick, but I use it alllll the time! It’s great for the crack where two pieces of wood meet. 3. Carbide scraper. I didn’t have one of these until a few months ago, and let me say - it’s a game changer. Awesome for scraping paint, stain, and varnish, and also for scraping corners and joints.
