Wharfside Performance Space
Project: Festival stage, Student: Petr Manuilov, Tutor: Antonio Capelao, Location: Cardiff Bay. The Urban Stage reflects the site's history and its character, depicting elements of the surrounding wooden structures and port cranes that once stood on those docks. It enhances its function by becoming a public destination and social gathering space. Wharfside Performance Space complements the natural flow of the crowd from the city, providing protection and views to the audience and performers.
