Save this workout! I love to train my arms. When I understood a little bit more about my grip and hand position, I was able to target the different heads of the bicep and tricep more efficiently. Typically I train biceps with back, so I might choose four of these exercises and put it together with four different back exercises and hit supersets. 3 to 4 rounds of each and 10 to 12 reps of each would be a great workout for me.
