Watermelon Sorbet🍧🍉
Ingredients:- Watermelon 4 cups Coconut cream Lime 1 Maple syrup 2-4 tbsp *Refrigerate the can of coconut milk overnight. When opening the can, scoop out JUST the solid part that has formed at the top and add that to the recipe. *How much sweetener you need to add will depend on the sweetness of your watermelon. Taste it to decide how much you need. Directions:- Slice your watermelon and measure out 600g of the watermelon. Cube the watermelon into smaller pieces, then freeze them overnight or for 6-8 hours. Once the watermelon is frozen, add it to a food processor and add the coconut cream, lime juice, and maple. Blend until super smooth and creamy. Heat peach puree with 2 tbsp honey/agave in a saucepan until hot (over 120˚F) but not boiling. Add the gelatin mixture to the puree, stirring until dissolved. Cool for 5 minutes. Divide mixture into 2 bowls; optionally add 1½ tsp tart cherry concentrate to one bowl. Use droppers to fill molds, then refrigerate for 1.5 hours. Mango Passion Fruit Margarita Sorbet 😍
Ingredients: 4 cups frozen mango 2 cups frozen passion fruit Juice from 3 limes (~1/3 cup or 2 1/2 oz) 1/2 cup agave 2 tbsp orange liqueur (triple sec, Cointreau, etc) 2/3 cup tequila Optional: a sprinkle of @tajinusa for topping Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. Transfer to a loaf pan or another container and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight. Serve right away after removing from the freezer!
