Healthy Eating on Instagram: "Teriyaki chicken and fried rice (Via: @eatswithally) 🥕 🍚 I love a quick dinner during the week and I think this would be perfect for meal prep! Ingredients: - 2 chicken breasts - green onions - 1 tbsp butter - sesame oil - salt & pepper - teriyaki sauce - I used the Burman’s brand from @aldiusa - soy sauce - frozen mixed vegetables - 3 cups cooked white rice - 2 eggs - sesame seeds Instructions: - cut chicken into bite sized pieces - chop green onions, separating the whites from the greens - heat butter and sesame oil in a large pan - add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until it is no longer pink and outsides start to brown - mix in teriyaki sauce and soy sauce (measure with your heart ) and heat through - remove chicken from pan and add a

Make the Caesar dressing: In a small bowl, add the egg yolk, lemon juice, and dijon mustard. Whisk to combine. Slowly add in the avocado oil ~1 tbsp at a time, whisking to incorporate before adding more (the mixture should emulsify and thicken). Mix in the anchovies, garlic, and parmesan. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed and set aside in the fridge. 3. Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and spray or drizzle with some oil. 4.Place the chicken between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound with the flat side of a meat mallet (or a heavy skillet) to 1/4-inch thickness.
