Stretching and flexibility

I know there's a lot of "get to splits in a week/two weeks/three weeks/a month/any short time, and for an overachiever and a time optimist like me, that sounds perfect. The thing is that you might not get there in a week, two weeks or a month, but if you want to, a) you MUST stretch and b) you MUST stretch EVERY DAY. If you do a) and b), you will get there. Maybe not in a day, two weeks or a month, but it will not take as long as you think.
