• 3 Scallions
• 2 Shiso, leaves
• 4 cups Watermelon, seedless
Condiments
• 1 1/2 tbsp Honey or agave
• 1 1/2 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
• 2 tsp Shoyu
Baking & Spices
• 1 Salt and pepper
• 1 tsp Sesame seeds, toasted
Oils & Vinegars
• 1 tsp Sesame oil, toasted
