Description The Pittsburgh Railway Company was formed in 1902. The company operated a massive transit system throughout most of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. In 1936 PRC began to take delivery of the first of it's eventual 666 Presidents' Conference Committee Streetcars (Trolleys to you non Pittsburghers) from St. Louis Car Company.
