Ingredients:
6 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Vanilla ice cream (optional, but highly recommended!)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
Spread the sliced apples evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Pour the melted butter over the dry ingredients and stir until it forms a crumbly mixture.
Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the apples in the baking dish.
Bake the apple crisp for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown
