This pendant was meticulously drilled and cut by hand from an actual 200 peso coin from Colombia. It features a scarlet macaw parrot. The scarlet macaw is found in Central and South America. It is a large red, yellow and blue parrot, and is the national bird of Honduras. Macaws are the largest parrots in the world and can grow up to 33 inches from beak to tail.
