⭐ ENGAGE THEM WITH WRITING PROMPTS! It is critical that students write daily in order to improve writing fluency. This no-prep resource for students in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade can be used as a bell ringer, as an option for early finishers, or as a fun way to wrap up the class each day. These prompts can also be used as inspiration for longer writing pieces.
Three ways you can assign these journal prompts:
The slides can be assigned to students via Google Classroom or Google Drive.
Color or black and white copies can be printed for students.
The prompts can be projected onto a wall or computer screen for students to view and respond to on paper.
