That means they run slightly larger than typical women's shirts and slightly smaller than typical men's shirts. The shirt color may be a slightly different shade from the picture listed, due to lighting and screen shading. For sizing you can order your normal size for a regular fit, or size down for a more fitted look. If in between two sizes, most people are happy with the smaller option.
