KÅLPUDDING | Swedish Cabbage Casserole First time trying this (thanks @annelizer from the tip!) and I thought this was really good! Definitely better served with potatoes and gravy than by itself. I liked it alone but it just works better as a meal imo. Also I saw other versions that had rice baked in and I think that would’ve been even better. I felt like the casserole itself kinda needed a carb. All in all really liked it though and I’ll definitely be making it again! Original recipe…
